In January I decided to open my marketplace stall in Gettysburg. It's been 8 months. I am fortunate financially I can be patient with this taking off. Today there was a huge market event with lots of vendors.
It was crazy busy and it really introduced the marketplace to the community in a great way! I'm looking forward to the marketplace being able to secure a restaurant vendor who is permanent.
There have been some REALLY slow weekends in August but I expected that. I am so lucky to be able to talk to others in the same type of business in the area who are honest about their sales and business flow.
My worry now is we're entering the busy season.
Can I keep up the pace?
