I  started this blog to chronicle my journey using glass as my medium for creating art.

I studied design at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. I learned how to do stained glass at a shop in Maryland that is now closed. I immediately fell in love with the medium of glass. I have always loved shiny things since I was a child.

I enjoy the problem solving of a new piece or a different design. I enjoy mixing color and texture. I love mixing fused glass with stained glass. I use found objects like plates in my pieces.

My Studio is my happy place. It is aplace where the world only intrudes when I let it.

I have opened my own retail shop inside the Marketplace at Gettysburg. I am open 8-2 on Saturday. I carry my own work and lots of local artists work in my jam packed market stand!

You can now find my work at 6 different locations in Pennsylvania
