• Vendor Setup:: 7:00am-9:00AM

• Market Open: 9:00am - 1:00pm​

• Vendors need to exit by 2:00pm

• Market operates rain or shine​

This is a curated market. Not all applicants will be accepted. Vendor mix and product balance are carefully considered.

IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED:

• You will get further information about set up 1 week before the event.

• If you are accepted remember to share on your social media to help drive business and excitement.

VENDOR FEE: 

• $40 per market date

• Full Season Discount: $250 (seven sessions at $40 would normally be $280)

• Founding Vendors participating in 4+ markets qualify for a locked rate for the next year's season​

• If you are selected you will receive an email with an invoice from Square that will have a due date that is not negotiable.

• No spot will be reserved until payment is received.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS:

• Vendors must provide their own 10x10 neutral-colored tent (white, black, or beige preferred)

• Tent weights are REQUIRED (parking lot surface)

• Vendors must provide tables and display materials

• No electricity is available

LICENSING/PERMITS: 

• All vendors are responsible for appropriate Pennsylvania licensing and York City vending compliance. This is NOT handled by the Farmers Market.

AMENETIES:

• A portable Sanitation Unit will be onsite for Vendor's use.
