          Linda Berry Gould’s upbringing in  Bucks County, Pennsylvania was typical of

          most baby boomers except for one significant difference… her mother, Edith Berry,

          was a watercolor artist.  As a result, Linda grew up knowing and

          internalizing the language of art!

          Her decades-long career in education opened many doors such as a Masters Degree

          in Education from Millersville University, an Arts Diploma from York Academy of

          Arts, and opportunities to fine-tune her painting skills.  Linda’s mother, her lifelong

          and favorite instructor, and Linda spent a great deal of time together honing their

          watercolor skills. Often the two traveled from Maine to Florida and in between, to learn from Ed Whitney,

          Joe Miller, Judi Wagner and many more!  Sketchbooks represented worldwide trips and at home.  Home          sketchbooks concentrated on the beautiful qualities of her “own backyard” which for most of Linda’s                 adult life and life as a mother, was Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

          More recently, Linda and her husband Dennis Gould now live in Eagles Mere, Pennsylvania. Following                  family tradition, they own the Berry Mere Studio right across the street from the building where Edith’s

          original studio opened in 1972! It is a dream come true.

          *Linda enjoys teaching art to adults, children and groups as part of the EM Country Club.

          *She is a Board Member of the EM Friends of the Arts.

          *Mini Museum art, at the Berry Mere Studio for all to take art and keep art OR leave a sample of their art.

               All ages.             All art levels.             All of the taking and giving is FREE.             Objective: FUN!
